We don’t test products ourselves. Instead, we compare on the basis of robust data.
Data-driven, not guesswork
Our comparisons and buying advice are built from manufacturer specifications, aggregated expert tests, current pricing data from several retailers and ratings. Every figure is verifiable.
Our data basis
- Manufacturer datasheets and official specifications
- At least two independent expert tests per performance figure
- Price feeds from several retailers (with an “as of” date)
- Aggregated user and expert ratings — always with the number of reviews
Selection & weighting
For each category we define the decisive criteria and weight them transparently into a comparison score. This score is a synthesis of datadrawn from specifications and aggregated ratings — not a lab test. We disclose the underlying data set in every article.
Keeping it up to date
Prices and availability change. We mark the date the data was last checked and update it regularly; we record any major changes in the change log.
